Summary
Golden Owl Solutions is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of client projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams (Developers, Designers, QA, PO, BD, Operations) and directly with clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and at the highest quality standards.
This role is ideal for candidates who are organized, communicative, and passionate about project delivery in a fast-paced IT outsourcing environment.
Your Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Execution
- Develop detailed project plans including scope, milestones, resource allocation, and timelines.
- Assign and coordinate tasks, ensuring team members understand requirements and deadlines.
- Track progress daily, proactively identify risks (delays, scope creep, resource issues), and escalate solutions when needed.
2. Client Communication & Relationship Management
- Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, maintaining strong and transparent communication.
- Build trust with clients, gather insights, and propose suitable actions for different scenarios.
- Provide regular updates and ensure client expectations are managed effectively.
3. Quality & Risk Management
- Monitor deliverables to ensure they meet agreed standards and quality benchmarks.
- Identify potential risks early, propose preventive measures, and manage issues before escalation.
- Maintain proper project documentation
4. Reporting & Collaboration
- Report project status, risks, and blockers to higher managers on a daily/weekly basis.
- Ensure smooth collaboration across teams via meetings, emails, Slack, WhatsApp, or other channels.
- Maintain a professional and positive working environment within the project team.
