Main responsibilities

1. Mobile App Development: Build cross-platform apps with Flutter & Dart, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and scalability.
2. Architecture & State Management: Apply scalable architecture patterns and state management (BLoC, Provider, Riverpod, GetX).
3. API & Feature Integration: Connect apps with RESTful APIs, implement authentication, notifications, and deep linking, integrate SDKs.
4. Quality Assurance & Deployment: Write tests, debug quickly, and support smooth deployments to App Store & Google Play.

Must have:

1. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Mobile Developer (Flutter or equivalent).
2. Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart, with proven experience in building and deploying cross-platform mobile applications (iOS & Android).
3. Solid understanding of mobile app architecture, state management (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, BLoC, GetX).
4. Experience with RESTful API integration, handling JSON data, and authentication flows.
5. Knowledge of mobile UI/UX standards, responsive design, and best practices for performance optimization.
6. Familiarity with SQLite/NoSQL databases and offline data management.
7. Experience with Git/GitHub/GitLab for source control and collaboration.
8. Experience publishing apps to App Store and Google Play, including handling the release process.
9. Familiarity with native Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development.

Nice to have:

1. Knowledge of CI/CD for mobile apps (Fastlane, Codemagic, Bitrise).
2. Understanding of push notifications, deep linking, and in-app purchases.
3. Experience with Unit/Integration/Widget Testing in Flutter.
4. Hands-on experience with Firebase services (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Messaging, Analytics).
5. Awareness of security best practices in mobile app development.
6. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Soft skills:

2. Ability to follow good coding conventions, design patterns to develop clean and maintainable projects with large and complex code bases.
