PYTHON DEVELOPER

Main Responsibilities

1. Communicate directly with clients in English via Slack or WhatsApp to develop software products, ensuring high-quality code from the back-end to the front-end.
2. Experienced in using task management tools such as Trello and Jira for organizing and prioritizing work items, updating task statuses, tracking progress, and collaborating with team members.
3. Participate in and provide quality assurance activities, including code reviews, and Write unit tests following the TDD methodology.
4. Work closely and communicate with clients, and other stakeholders to ensure requirements analysis, project planning, risk management, quality assurance, and application optimization.
5. Follow GitHub and GitLab workflows by participating in code reviews, managing branches, creating pull requests, merging code changes, and resolving conflicts throughout the workday.
6. Provide training and support to other team members, assisting them with their tasks and helping them improve their skills and productivity.
7. Estimate the effort required for new projects, creating detailed project plans and timelines to ensure successful and timely completion.

Must have

1. 3+ years of professional experience in Python development.
2. Strong knowledge of web frameworks such as Django, FastAPI, and Flask.
3. Proven experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
4. Solid understanding of Git workflows and version control best practices.
5. Experience with at least one JavaScript framework (Angular, React, etc.).
6. Strong skills in front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS, and jQuery.
7. Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns.
8. Familiarity with software development principles and best practices.
9. Ability to write clean, efficient, and scalable code.
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

1. Proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
2. Experience with modern front-end technologies such as Tailwind CSS, React/Vue/Angular, and advanced skills in responsive design and UI animations.
3. Experience with modern CI/CD pipelines and tools.
4. Knowledge of Docker and Spring Boot.
5. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
6. Familiarity with distributed, event-driven systems and messaging protocols.
