Full-stack (NodeJS) Developer (Remote)

We are seeking a highly skilled NodeJS Developer, a good team player with at least 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our web and application solutions, ensuring they are responsive, fast, and secure.

Your Responsibilities

1. Communicate directly with clients in English via Slack or WhatsApp to develop software products, ensuring high-quality code from the back-end to the front-end.
2. Experienced in using task management tools such as Trello and Jira for organizing and prioritizing work items, updating task statuses, tracking progress, and collaborating with team members.
3. Participate in and provide quality assurance activities, including code reviews, and Write unit tests following the TDD methodology.
4. Work closely and communicate with clients, and other stakeholders to ensure requirements analysis, project planning, risk management, quality assurance, and application optimization.
5. Follow GitHub and GitLab workflows by participating in code reviews, managing branches, creating pull requests, merging code changes, and resolving conflicts throughout the workday.
6. Provide training and support to other team members, assisting them with their tasks and helping them improve their skills and productivity.
7. Estimate the effort required for new projects, creating detailed project plans and timelines to ensure successful and timely completion.

Technologies

1. Backend: Typescript, NestJS, Sequelize ORM, GraphQL, REST APIs, MySQL, NoSQL databases, Kafka
2. Frontend: ReactJS, NextJS, Typescript, Chakra UI, React Queries, GraphQL integration
3. Other: Figma (understand complex design and business logic requirements)

Ideal Experience

1. Ideally, you should have at least 3 or more years of experience:
2. Translating design and product requirements into code using React and Chakra UI
3. Delivering features across the full stack of an enterprice SaaS platform
4. Working with both relational and NoSQL databases
5. Developing NestJS Typescript applications
6. Designing and implementing complex dashboards
7. Demonstrating strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
8. Good English usage;

Bonus Experience

It’ll also be awesome if you:

1. Have experience with AWS and Kubernetes.
2. Have familiarity with workflow engines such as Xstate and Argo Workflows.
3. Possess knowledge of computer infrastructure and networking.
