Sales Specialist

● Introduce and consult on the company's service packages and products to customers through phone, email, or direct interactions; ● Identify and understand the needs of clients to recommend suitable services; ● Persuade clients to use the company's products/services and build trust with the business; ● Seek business opportunities for the company's products/services in the market; ● Collaborate with relevant departments such as SEO, Content, and Technical departments to develop and improve the company's products/services; ● Build and develop suitable business plans and strategies for each stage; ● Stay updated on market trends to adapt and make appropriate changes to products/services; ● Analyze and report on the activities of competitors; ● Report on business results and customer issues/needs.

● Mandatory: Minimum of 3 years of B2B Sales AND/OR Account-Management experience within Marketing Agencies; ● Proficient in sales techniques and proficient in using sales and marketing tools; ● Proficient in both Vietnamese and English; ● Good knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and websites,... ● Proficient in using management software such as CRM and management support software; ● Ability to analyze and evaluate customer needs; ● Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ● Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and quick thinking; ● Ability to work under pressure; ● Must be honest and refrain from deceiving customers in order to close the deal.
