FINANCE ASSISTANT INTERN

Assist in all aspects of financial management, including accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecast preparation, as well as the development of internal control policies and procedures aligned with corporate guidelines.

*Main tasks: * Adhere to accounting procedures and costing methodology

Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions

Track and reconcile the bank balance

In charge of payment, and simple cash flow projection

Record accounts payable and accounts receivable

Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers, and partners as needed

In charge of monthly taxation reconciliation and declaration for VAT, CIT

Assure legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and company policies.

Provide administrative support during budget preparation

Supervise all finance-related activities and personnel delegated by the CEO

Participate in quarterly and annual audits

Manage and receive incoming and outgoing documents/dispatches of the company;

Management of equipment, procurement of equipment and assets;

Other duties and responsibilities related to finance

3rd/4th-year students in Finance, Accounting or Economics Personal laptop required Able to work full-time in 3 months during internship period (depends on your performance) 1 year working after internship commitment Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures Advanced MS Excel skills (creating spreadsheets and using financial functions) Attention to detail, with an ability to spot numerical errors Organizational and time-management skills Work experience as a Finance Assistant, Finance Officer, or similar role (plus)
