* University graduate majoring in Economics, Foreign Languages, IT or related majors.
* Good English 4 skills (equivalent to IELTS 7.0 or TOEIC 900).
* Have 2 years of experience related to management and customer support (knowledge/experience in the IT industry is an advantage).
* Good written and communication skills.
* Ability to organize, arrange, solve problems and work effectively as a team.
* Having knowledge of project management is an advantage.
