Project Manager - LISOD

* Determine and define project scope and objectives * Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner * Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope and within budget * Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan * Coordinate with IT/Admin department for infrastructure setup if requested: network connectivity, office space, etc * Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress * Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors * Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed * Report and escalate to management as needed * Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement * Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation * Bid support including but not limited to gathering requirements, providing estimation and planning * Perform check-point with members of the project

* University degree, preferably in IT field * Work and live in Ho Chi Minh. * At least 5 years of project management and related experience * Mastered at least one project management methodology and is familiar with others (Agile/ Scrum, Waterfall…) * Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices * Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development * Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle. * Experience of managing fixed price project * Experience of monitoring project quality, risk/opportunity management. * Demonstrate the ability to manage project/account complexity and size * Proactive, good attitude * High sense of organization and responsibility, problem solving skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills *
