* Assess, manage & report trainee's progress & outcome; * Support to develop learning culture & learning environment; * Plan, prepare, and deliver English lessons (focused on Speaking and Writing skill) to Vietnamese staff in an IT company; * Collaborate with HR to organize all training activities, employee engagement activities; * Design & deliver training programs (orientation, culture, soft-skills, management…); * Work with related departments to receive needs to design programs or activities; * Other tasks from the direct manager.
* Final year student or Bachelor's degree from a university (HR, English language, Economics); * Experience in training, including teaching English to Vietnamese children or adults; IELTS 6.0 or equivalent; * Know how to analyze training needs for the company; * Have strong confidence, excellent communication, well-developed presentation and mentoring skills; * Positive attitude, sociable and dynamic, responsible, well-organized, cooperative, flexible and hard-working; * Personal laptop required; * Fluency in IT knowledge and terminology is a plus;
