Senior Designer - Rice

● Manage projects from initiation to completion, leading design through conceptualization, execution, and production with support from Project Management; ● Be responsible for ideating original and differentiating strategies, concepts, experiences, and design solutions that bring brands to life and develop visual ecosystems throughout various touch-points; ● Take pride in the work and ownership of projects, from beginning to end; ● Be both creative and strategic, with the ability to rationalize and sell your ideas to both clients and within the studio; ● Establish visual tonality through image curation and art direction; ● Document design systems in comprehensive guidelines and finalize template and asset files for final delivery; ● Provide guidance and support to Junior Designers; ● Mentor Junior Designers and Interns to becoming accomplished professionals; ● Stay on top of and collaborate across the studio to push standards.

● 5+ years working experience in similar role; ● Highly-skilled & well-rounded across all channels of graphic design and identity systems, and in various platforms, from digital to physical; ● Multi-disciplinary, with a solid foundation of design theory and practical tools; ● Collaborative. Proactive. Positive. Rigorous; ● A great communicator, strong presentation and interpersonal skills; ● Team and project leader (ability to bring people together, to reinforce them in their own contribution, and lead a project from A to Z); ● Proficiency in English, both spoken and written; ● Capacity to work both independently and within teams; ● Equal parts creative & strategic; ● A restless thinker with a desire to challenge, surprise and stretch those around you; ● Fundamental understanding of project management, budget and deadlines; ● Be culturally engaged and perpetually curious about the world around you;
