Lead QC/ Senior QC

* Design test plan and test schedule for the projects. * Write test cases, test scripts, test APIs based on specification documents. * Execute non-functional test scenarios in addition to functional test cases. * Identify, analyze and report the test results. * Log bugs and keep track of bug status. * Ensure that all bugs are recorded in an efficient, complete and informative manner, either on the Scrum board or bug tracking tools. * Identify the root cause of quality problems, and coordinate modifications or other corrective actions. * Lead, Manage and mentor the QC team members * Assist Line Manager in work management, provide solutions timely and make sure on-time project delivery. * Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager

* University degree in IT or a related field; * At least 3 years of experience in the field of QC. * Practical knowledge of manual testing techniques (Web, API, CRM, Mobile App). * Knowledge ad solid experience in test types, test methodologies, test life cycle, test automation. * Good IT background, have attention to details, critical thinking and problem-solving skills. * Ability to self-manage and handle many projects at the same time. * Prefer candidates being capable of leading team * Good communication in English.
