Recruiter

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in talent acquisition, and experience in recruiting both IT & non-IT positions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization through innovative recruiting strategies and campaigns. * Post jobs, search for talented candidates, create recruitment sources; * Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client or assignment; * Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client; * Ability to build strong relationships and networks with candidates; * Managing the process through interview to offer stage and beyond; * Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities; * Arrange & follow up on interviews and tests; * Other tasks required by higher HR Manager/ Team Lead.

* Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; * Minimum over 1 year of experience in Recruitment Role; * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams; * Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively; * Ability to adapt to recruitment-related tools, and work in an English environment.
