We are seeking a skilled and proactive Back-End Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Back-End Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining, enhancing, and optimizing our system to ensure its seamless performance and reliability. Your expertise will be vital in delivering exceptional service to our customers and ensuring the smooth operation of our platform.
* Bug Fixing and Enhancements: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, troubleshoot, and implement solutions for system defects and enhancements. Utilize your expertise in JavaScript (NodeJS), HTML/CSS, .NET, and C# to resolve technical issues and improve system functionality.
* Service Level Agreement (SLA) Adherence: Be a key contributor in fulfilling the Service Level Agreement by promptly addressing technical issues and deploying system engineers to site as necessary.
* Defect Resolution: Take ownership of defect reports from customers and ensure that these issues are resolved within the stipulated SLA period.
* Change Request Implementation: Participate in the identification, evaluation, and implementation of change requests, contributing to the continuous improvement of the system.
* Routine Maintenance: Undertake regular monthly maintenance activities, including preventive, corrective, and ad-hoc tasks, to uphold the system's stability and optimal performance.
* System Performance and Reliability: Play a pivotal role in diagnosing and addressing system bugs, downtimes, user-related problems, and performance issues that hinder users from utilizing the system as intended.
