SENIOR DESIGNER

We are looking for a highly skilled senior designer and a good team player with at least 4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key role in the design and development of our web and application solutions. Main Responsibilities

• Manage projects from initiation to completion, leading design through conceptualization, execution, and production with support from Project Management;
• Be responsible for ideating original and differentiating strategies, concepts, experiences, and design solutions that bring brands to life and develop visual ecosystems throughout various touch-points;
• Establish visual tonality through image curation and art direction;
• Document design systems in comprehensive guidelines and finalize template and asset files for final delivery;
• Provide guidance and support to team members;
• Mentor Junior Designers and Interns to becoming accomplished professionals;
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs;
• Support for designing portfolios, brochures and other digital assets of the company.

Must have

• 4+ years of experience as a Designer (UI/UX is a must, rounded is a plus);
• Bachelor's degree in Design, or a related field, targeting to develop a professional career in art, design;
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effect or Figma;
• Effective team management and mentoring skills;
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
• Ability to research related products and information for work;
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks;
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
