SENIOR DESIGNER

We are looking for a highly skilled senior designer and a good team player with at least 4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key role in the design and development of our web and application solutions. Main Responsibilities

1. Manage projects from initiation to completion, leading design through conceptualization, execution, and production with support from Project Management;
2. Be responsible for ideating original and differentiating strategies, concepts, experiences, and design solutions that bring brands to life and develop visual ecosystems throughout various touch-points;
3. Establish visual tonality through image curation and art direction;
4. Document design systems in comprehensive guidelines and finalize template and asset files for final delivery;
5. Provide guidance and support to team members;
6. Mentor Junior Designers and Interns to becoming accomplished professionals;
7. Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs;
8. Support for designing portfolios, brochures and other digital assets of the company.

Must have

1. 4+ years of experience as a Designer (UI/UX is a must, rounded is a plus);
2. Bachelor's degree in Design, or a related field, targeting to develop a professional career in art, design;
3. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effect or Figma;
4. Effective team management and mentoring skills;
5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
6. Ability to research related products and information for work;
7. Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks;
8. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
