PRODUCT OWNER

Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with a passion for technology and a strong understanding of user needs to join our dynamic team. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining and driving the vision for our software products, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet expectations.

Your Responsibilities

1. Manage the Product Backlog:
2. Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog based on business value and customer needs.
3. Write clear and concise user stories with acceptance criteria.
4. Bridge Between Stakeholders and Development Team:
5. Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and the development team.
6. Communicate product vision and requirements clearly to all parties involved.
7. Define Product Vision and Roadmap:
8. Collaborate with stakeholders to define product strategy and long-term goals.
9. Align product roadmap with business objectives and market opportunities.
10. Pitch Product Ideas and Features:
11. Prepare and deliver product pitches to internal teams, clients, or investors.
12. Clearly present the value proposition, user benefits, and business impact of proposed features or products.
13. Use data, mockups, or MVPs to support product proposals.
14. Accept or Reject Work Results:
15. Review and test deliverables to ensure quality and alignment with product goals.
16. Accept or request revisions based on defined criteria.
17. Analyze and Improve Product Performance:
18. Gather user feedback, monitor KPIs, and make data-driven decisions.
19. Suggest improvements and prioritize upcoming features.

Must have

1. At least 1 year of experience working as a Product Owner or Business Analyst.
2. Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or relevant fields.
3. Familiar with Kanban and Scrum methodologies, and proficient in Google Suite.
4. Solid understanding of UX principles and ability to collaborate with designers to improve user experience.
5. Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Strong teamwork and collaboration mindset..
7. Strong research and analytical skills to understand user needs and market trends.
8. Good time management and task ownership.

Nice to have

1. English Proficiency (equivalent to IELTS 6.5 or TOEIC 800);
2. Demonstrated ability to write clear, concise, and well-structured user stories.
3. Knowledge of project management is an advantage.
