We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to help elevate our clients’ online visibility and organic growth.
Your Responsibilities
1. On-Page SEO Optimization
- Conduct in-depth keyword research & site mapping aligned with client objectives.
- Optimize meta titles, descriptions, headings, and content to improve rankings.
- Enhance internal linking structures and site architecture.
- Perform competitor analysis and adapt strategies based on findings.
- Collaborate with content teams to execute data-driven SEO content strategies.
2. Technical SEO
- Conduct comprehensive SEO audits using Screaming Frog, and webmaster tools like Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4.
- Identify and resolve indexing, crawlability, and Core Web Vitals issues.
- Implement structured data markup (Schema.org) for better SERP visibility.
- Optimize site performance and page speed in collaboration with developers.
- Ensure SEO best practices are maintained during website migrations and redesigns.
3. Off-Page SEO & Authority Building
- Develop and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
- Perform backlink audits, identify toxic links, and execute disavow processes.
- Secure high-quality guest posts, mentions, and digital PR placements.
- Track brand mentions and unlinked citations, optimizing for link acquisition.
4. SEO Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Monitor and report on organic traffic trends, keyword rankings, and conversions.
- Utilize Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, and SEMrush for performance tracking.
- Prepare weekly and monthly SEO reports with actionable insights.
- Develop SEO roadmaps, timeline files, and projection reports for client projects.
- Use Excel/Google Sheets for SEO data tracking, pivot tables, and performance analysis, Word/Google Docs for structured reports and documentation, and Canva for visually engaging presentations, infographics, and client reports.
5. SEO Training & Team Collaboration
- Mentor junior SEO team members and assist in their professional growth.
- Conduct internal SEO training sessions for content writers, developers, and account managers.
- Work closely with content, paid media, and development teams to align strategies.
- Manage multiple client projects, ensuring timely execution and performance improvements.
