As an agency, we work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple clients, projects, and industries. We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to help elevate our clients’ online visibility and organic growth.

Your Responsibilities

1. On-Page SEO Optimization

1. Conduct in-depth keyword research & site mapping aligned with client objectives.
2. Optimize meta titles, descriptions, headings, and content to improve rankings.
3. Enhance internal linking structures and site architecture.
4. Perform competitor analysis and adapt strategies based on findings.
5. Collaborate with content teams to execute data-driven SEO content strategies.

2. Technical SEO

1. Conduct comprehensive SEO audits using Screaming Frog, and webmaster tools like Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4.
2. Identify and resolve indexing, crawlability, and Core Web Vitals issues.
3. Implement structured data markup (Schema.org) for better SERP visibility.
4. Optimize site performance and page speed in collaboration with developers.
5. Ensure SEO best practices are maintained during website migrations and redesigns.

3. Off-Page SEO & Authority Building

1. Develop and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
2. Perform backlink audits, identify toxic links, and execute disavow processes.
3. Secure high-quality guest posts, mentions, and digital PR placements.
4. Track brand mentions and unlinked citations, optimizing for link acquisition.

4. SEO Reporting & Performance Tracking

1. Monitor and report on organic traffic trends, keyword rankings, and conversions.
2. Utilize Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, and SEMrush for performance tracking.
3. Prepare weekly and monthly SEO reports with actionable insights.
4. Develop SEO roadmaps, timeline files, and projection reports for client projects.
5. Use Excel/Google Sheets for SEO data tracking, pivot tables, and performance analysis, Word/Google Docs for structured reports and documentation, and Canva for visually engaging presentations, infographics, and client reports.

5. SEO Training & Team Collaboration

1. Mentor junior SEO team members and assist in their professional growth.
2. Conduct internal SEO training sessions for content writers, developers, and account managers.
3. Work closely with content, paid media, and development teams to align strategies.
4. Manage multiple client projects, ensuring timely execution and performance improvements.

1. 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience in an agency environment (mid-level)
2. Strong expertise in SEO for SaaS, eCommerce, product-based businesses, and online services.
3. Proficiency in SEO tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Majestic, Google Search Console, and GA4.
4. Experience working with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify,...) and CRMs (HubSpot, Zendesk).
5. Familiarity with project management tools (Trello, Notion) for organizing SEO workflows.
6. Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to SEO.
7. Ability to manage multiple client projects in a fast-paced, dynamic agency setting.
8. Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting strategies to clients and cross-functional
9. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with a proficiency level of IELTS 6.0 or above (or equivalent).
