Develop and execute marketing plans that align with business objectives, strategies, and goals;
Conduct market research, evaluate competitors' performance reports on software product development trends, and propose appropriate development directions;
Develop branding and corporate identity initiatives;
Monitor marketing expenses and budgets;
Develop strategies and plan campaigns that can promote the business and generate genuine traffic;
Implement marketing campaigns right from ideation to final analysis and refinement;
Review and feedback on team’s efficiency and effectiveness;
Build sustainable relationships and partnerships with other key players such as vendors, advertising agencies, and creative artists as needed;
Manage a team of marketing professionals and delegate tasks and responsibilities as needed;
Other tasks in coordination with other departments or the CEO.

University degree in Marketing, Economics, or a related field;
3+ years working experience, preferably in the IT industry;
Ability to plan, develop strategies, take initiative in coordinating and implementing work.
Have a Business mindset;
Fluency in English;
Skills in research, social media, email marketing, and implementing digital marketing channels;
Strong understanding of branding principles;
Ability to think strategically and analyze the market;
Demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
