Marketing Leader

* Develop and execute marketing plans that align with business objectives, strategies, and goals; * Conduct market research, evaluate competitors' performance reports on software product development trends, and propose appropriate development directions; * Develop branding and corporate identity initiatives; * Monitor marketing expenses and budgets; * Develop strategies and plan campaigns that can promote the business and generate genuine traffic; * Implement marketing campaigns right from ideation to final analysis and refinement; * Review and feedback on team’s efficiency and effectiveness; * Build sustainable relationships and partnerships with other key players such as vendors, advertising agencies, and creative artists as needed; * Manage a team of marketing professionals and delegate tasks and responsibilities as needed; * Other tasks in coordination with other departments or the CEO.

* University degree in Marketing, Economics, or a related field; * 3+ years working experience, preferably in the IT industry; * Ability to plan, develop strategies, take initiative in coordinating and implementing work. * Have a Business mindset; * Fluency in English; * Skills in research, social media, email marketing, and implementing digital marketing channels; * Strong understanding of branding principles; * Ability to think strategically and analyze the market; * Demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
