We are looking for a data-driven and insight-led Strategic Planner to join our performance marketing agency. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing performance-driven strategies, optimizing media mix, and supporting the success of full-funnel campaigns for clients across various industries.

Main Responsibilities

1. Consumer & Market Insight: Conduct research and analyze customer behavior, industry trends, and competitor strategies to uncover actionable insights.
2. Performance Strategy Development: Build strategic proposals focused on performance objectives (e.g. CPL, CPA, ROAS, CAC) across digital platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.).
3. Media Mix & Creative Planning: Collaborate closely with Media Buyers and Creative teams to align messaging, channel strategy, ad formats, and funnel planning for optimal conversion.
4. Proposal Writing & Client Presentation: Prepare strategy decks and proposals; participate in pitching sessions with Account and Business teams.
5. Campaign Monitoring & Optimization: Analyze campaign data and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities, suggest A/B testing, budget reallocation, and scaling approaches.
6. Trend & Tool Adoption: Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, performance innovations, and AI tools to enhance strategic planning processes.

Must have

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, Economics, or relevant fields.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in Strategic Planning, Digital Strategy, or Performance Marketing at an agency.
3. Strong English proficiency: capable of writing strategic proposals and presenting to international clients.
4. Solid analytical thinking and strategic mindset with a strong understanding of consumer journeys and digital behaviors.
5. Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
6. Strong knowledge of digital platforms and performance KPIs: CTR, CVR, CAC, ROAS, etc.
7. Proficiency with research and analytics tools: Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Trends, SimilarWeb, Looker Studio, Excel/Google Sheets.

Nice to have

1. Experience working on multi-channel or full-funnel performance campaigns.
2. Familiarity with CRM/CDP and customer lifecycle planning (lead nurturing, retargeting, etc.).
3. Knowledge of high-performing verticals such as eCommerce, SaaS, Education, or Finance.
4. Hands-on experience with AI tools for strategy, research, presentation, or reporting (e.g. ChatGPT, SlidesAI, Perplexity, etc.).
