Các sản phẩm và dịch vụ của công ty chủ yếu là về dịch vụ phát triển phần mềm và hỗ trợ tuyển dụng. Mô tả công việc như sau:
- Lập kế hoạch và triển khai công tác tuyển dụng dưới yêu cầu của ban quản lý và khách hàng
- Triển khai kế hoạch tuyển dụng hàng tháng/hàng tuần
- Thực hiện việc tuyển dụng cho tất cả các vị trí đúng theo quy trình tuyển dụng đã ban hành của công ty
- Thiết lập/hiệu chỉnh/bổ sung toàn bộ các bản mô tả công việc
- Thiết lập hệ thống kho dữ liệu ứng viên sẵn sàng cho việc tuyển dụng
- Phổ biến các chính sách của công ty cho các ứng viên được tuyển và hội nhập cho nhân viên mới và đảm bảo 100% nhân viên mới nắm rõ những điều cần thiết khi vào làm tại công ty
- Tham gia xây dựng quy trình, quy chế, quy định và chính sách tuyển dụng
- Thực hiện các công việc phát sinh khác theo yêu cầu của cấp quản lý trực tiếp
- Đánh giá ứng viên và chất lượng công việc đạt được
- Nắm rõ luật hiện hành và xử lý các vấn đề quan hệ lao động, khiếu nại, kỷ luật.
- Làm việc với các cơ quan nhà nước, cập nhật các quy định mới như Cơ quan thuế, bảo hiểm xã hội,... theo phân công của công ty.
- Thực hiện báo cáo hàng ngày tới cấp trên.
Requirement- Tốt nghiệp đại học chính quy các ngành nhân sự, quản trị nhân sự, kinh tế lao động và các ngành liên quan
- Không yêu cầu kinh nghiệm, nhanh nhẹn, hoạt bát, giỏi giao tiếp
- Nhiệt tình, chăm chỉ, thật thà, có tinh thần trách nhiệm
- Tiếng Anh đọc viết tốt là 1 điểm cộng
- Có khả năng đánh giá, nhận định con người tốt
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp, đàm phán, thuyết phục, thương lượng tốt
- Kỹ năng làm việc nhóm
- Có laptop và sử dụng thành thạo các phần mềm hỗ trợ tuyển dụng, social media.
- Thường xuyên sử dụng mạng xã hội.
