Summary

Golden Owl Digital (GODI) – a member of Golden Owl Corporation – is looking for an ambitious SEO Executive to join our journey of becoming one of Southeast Asia’s top SEO & Ads agencies.

In this role, you will support the development and execution of SEO strategies for both global and local clients across diverse industries. This position is ideal for individuals with solid SEO knowledge who want to grow in an English-first, fast-paced agency environment and advance toward becoming a Senior SEO Specialist in the next 1–2 years.

Your Responsibilities

1. Keyword Research & Content Optimization

1. Conduct keyword research (short-tail, long-tail, LSI).
2. Optimize landing pages, blog content, product pages, and metadata.
3. Collaborate with Content Team to ensure SEO-driven content creation.

2. On-page & Technical SEO

1. Perform site audits (structure, indexing, Core Web Vitals).
2. Monitor search performance; recommend improvements to enhance crawlability, speed, and user experience. 

3. Off-page SEO & Link Building

1. Execute backlink acquisition campaigns.
2. Analyze backlink quality and identify opportunities to improve domain authority.

4. Tracking, Reporting & Analysis

1. Prepare weekly/monthly SEO performance reports.
2. Monitor keyword rankings, traffic insights, conversion trends.
3. Identify gaps and propose optimization strategies.

Requirements

Must have

1. 1–2 years of hands-on SEO experience (agency preferred).
2. Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, technical SEO.
3. Analytical mindset with proficiency in SEO tools and experience in reporting SEO performance via GA4/Looker Studio.
4. High sense of teamwork and collaboration – able to work closely with Content, Digital, and Account teams to achieve shared goals.
5. Client-focused mindset: Dedicated to understanding client goals and delivering measurable results.

Nice to have

1. Established backlink network and industry connections.
2. English proficiency (IELTS 6.5+ or equivalent).
3. Familiarity with SEM/PPC is a plus for integrated campaigns.
4. Experience working with both domestic and international markets.
