TRAINING SPECIALIST FULLTIME

ROLE SUMMARY The ideal candidate would be the one who is passionate about helping people learn and grow, with excellent communication skills and strong learning & organizational development experience and skill set to develop people and support the Company’s current and future business needs. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Teaching Conducting a Training Needs Analysis in line with company and department regulations Planning, preparing, delivering lessons and designing syllabus Teaching English (focused on Speaking and Writing skill) to Vietnamese staff in an IT company Assessing the English level of employees and organizing activities in order to foster an English-speaking environment Teaching soft skills such as communication, presentation and meeting skills Assessing & reporting on learners’ progress. 2. Other Reviewing and editing documents written in English (internal policies, contracts, etc.); Conducting English speaking tests for recruitment Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to develop employees’ career pathing, career pipeline and succession planning; Collaborate with HR to organize all training activities, employee engagement activities; Control the training budget, maintain accurate training records and databases; Other relevant tasks assigned from time to time.

• Bachelor‘s Degree (Pedagogy major) from an accredited university

• Teaching certificate: CELTA/TESOL/TEFL or equivalent

• At least one year of experience in training, L&D (including teaching English to Vietnamese adults is required)

• Know a Training needs analysis for the company

• Excellent spoken and written language skills

• Holding strong confidence, excellent communication, well-developed presentation and instruction skills

• A positive attitude, sociable and dynamic personality, responsible, well-organized, cooperative, flexible and hard-working

• Customer service-minded, open-minded and result-oriented

• Personal laptop required

• Being familiar with IT knowledge and terms is a plus

• Must be able to commit full-time (40 hours/week, with at least 20 hours of teaching time).
