JOB DESCRIPTION

Main responsibilities

1. Communicate directly with clients in English via Slack or WhatsApp to develop software products, ensuring high-quality code from the back-end to the front-end.
2. Experienced in using task management tools such as Trello and Jira for organizing and prioritizing work items, updating task statuses, tracking progress, and collaborating with team members.
3. Participate in and provide quality assurance activities, including code reviews, and Write unit tests following the TDD methodology.
4. Work closely and communicate with clients, and other stakeholders to ensure requirements analysis, project planning, risk management, quality assurance, and application optimization.
5. Follow GitHub and GitLab workflows by participating in code reviews, managing branches, creating pull requests, merging code changes, and resolving conflicts throughout the workday.
6. Provide training and support to other team members, assisting them with their tasks and helping them improve their skills and productivity.
7. Estimate the effort required for new projects, creating detailed project plans and timelines to ensure successful and timely completion.

Must have:

1. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Full-stack Developer.
2. Strong Frontend skills:
3. ReactJS / Next.js (or equivalent modern JS framework)
4. Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
5. Strong backend experience with Python (Django / Flask / FastAPI).
6. Other backend experience is a plus:
7. PHP (Laravel)
8. Java (Spring Boot)
9. Ruby (Ruby on Rails)
10. Node.js (Express / NestJS)
11. Experience building RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.
12. Strong understanding of authentication (JWT / OAuth2), session management.
13. Experience with databases:
14. Relational: MySQL / PostgreSQL
15. NoSQL: MongoDB (optional but preferred)
16. Familiarity with Git (GitHub / GitLab).
17. Understanding of clean code principles, OOP, SOLID, and design patterns.

Nice to have:

1. Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
2. Experience with Docker / containerized environments.
3. Cloud platforms: AWS / GCP / Azure.
4. Experience with event-driven or distributed systems.
5. Knowledge of DevOps practices.
6. Willingness to learn new technologies.
