Job description

Leadership of a team of mid-level and junior developers, mentoring the developers.
Maintenance of the backlog within the framework of the projects.
Responsible for major technical decisions in the development process.
Responsible for design and maintenance of the skeleton of the code.
Code development (high-complexity solutions or code skeletons).
Requirements analysis and estimations for the potential projects.
Carry out technical interviews with the potential employees.

Advanced PHP, MySQL and Javascript (including Jquery).
Work experience over 2 years with Symfony.
Have knowledge about PHP Frameworks (Zend, Symphony, ETC).
Ability to deliver high quality Magento development with great attention to details.
Ability to work effectively on multiple projects with the current dynamic team.
Strong and open communications skills.
Fluent English in technical reading and writing.
E-commerce experience is a PLUS.
