**Job description** The position is for the development of a real estate brokerage digital cloud-based platform named Pave. We are looking for an experienced full stack engineer in building production web applications, ideally with 3-5 years of hands-on experience. **What is Pave?** Pave is a tech-enabled real estate brokerage allowing our community of property owners to transact and manage properties around the world in a digital cloud-based environment. We've formally launched the platform and have partnered with two of Thailand's top listed developers showcasing their properties to Hong Kong and Singapore based property buyers. Who is behind Pave? Pave was recently founded in October 2020 by Alan Schmoll (ex-founder Zave/Lanturn) and Charlie Temple (ex-founder Platinum Fitness) and has completed a round of funding to position the company for development and growth. Zave was awarded Singapore Business Review’s Startup Software of the Year Award 2020. **Responsibilities** ● Contributing to the design and implementation of the overall web architecture ● Developing Back-end and Front-end web applications ● Managing servers and databases for required functionality ● Ensuring optimization and responsiveness of applications for all target platforms ● Designing and developing APIs as required ● Balancing technical and consumer needs for solid and prompt delivery

● Back-end development experience with node.js framework ● Front-end development experience with next.js/ react.js frameworks ● Development experience with AWS ● Overall good attention to detail and problem solving skills ● Good English spoken and written proficiency Preferred ● Degree in Computer Science ● Leadership and project management skills
